The site and the weekly letter are free. The training series is still being built. Joining the waitlist means I may email you. If you also agree to texts, I may text you when there is news about the training. Joining does not buy anything, and it does not reserve a seat.

By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You may read the site, follow links to videos, join the weekly letter, and join the training waitlist. Please use the forms for their real purpose. Do not send unlawful content, attempt to break the site, or use the forms to harass anyone.

I am Tony Case. Better Today Than Yesterday is my personal letter. It is not a company storefront and not a law firm.

The letter is free. You can leave any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing tony@btty.ai. Issues are personal experience, story, and opinion across faith, business, leadership, AI, health, and the rest of the journey. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.

The training series is not open yet. Getting on the list does not set a price, lock a start date, or promise that a particular lesson will be offered. I will contact the list when there is something real to share. If a paid offering comes later, you will see the price and the terms before you buy anything.

You do not have to join the waitlist to read the weekly letter.

Program name: Better Today Than Yesterday training updates. Messages come from Tony Case. They are about the training series, including when it opens and how to take part.

To join, you submit your name, email address, and mobile phone number on the training waitlist form and agree to receive texts. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Messages are occasional and tied to real updates about the training.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. After you reply STOP, you will get a confirmation, and then no further training texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email tony@btty.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Supported carriers can vary. If a message does not arrive, check with your carrier, then email me.

The Privacy Policy explains how I handle your name, email, and phone number. It is part of these terms.

Writing, photos, and the Better Today Than Yesterday name on this site belong to me unless a page says otherwise. You may share links. Please do not copy a whole issue or future training material and present it as your own.

The site is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and available. I do not promise that it will always be up, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site, the letter, the waitlist, or text messages. Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. I live and publish from Nineveh, Indiana.

I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when I do. If you keep using the site or stay on a list after an update, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, leave the forms, unsubscribe from email, and reply STOP to end texts.
